Georgia Pediatric program (GAPP)

GAPP is a medicaid waiver program that provides services to medically fragile children in the comfort and safety of your home- at no cost to your family. 

• This program helps people who are younger than 21 years old
• This program serves families of children who are medically fragile and in need of medically necessary skilled nursing care and/or medically necessary personal care support
• Your child must currently be receiving physician-ordered services to be considered eligible for this program.

Yes, you can! As of January 2024, family members can provide personal care support services to their medically fragile child if their child qualifies for the GAPP program.
